Bubbly Boston has a lot going for it: it is a high class resort, a place of culinary discoveries and a world-famous university city with a tumultuous history.
Your visit to Boston will get off to a festive start. From the airport, you will cruise to your four star hotel on board the Liberty Schooner. While you enjoy a potent draught of rum, the captain will tell you about the smuggling routes used during the Prohibition. In the evening, you will go for a stroll with your guests among the eateries and shops of historical Faneuil Hall, where the first speeches on Independence were held. A splendid dinner of freshly caught seafood will be ready for you in The Union Oyster House, the oldest restaurant in the United States.
The next day, you will have the choice between dipping into Boston’s rich history or a trip on a Boston Duck, which is an amphibious vehicle dating back to World War II, and a visit to Fenway Park, home of the Red Sox. For dinner, you will pick your way past a pasta shop, a herb store and a sweet shop on your way to the most famous restaurant in Little Italy: Mamma Maria.
On day three, the programme will include whale spotting or a visit to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum, but we have saved the best for last: after a visit to the prestigious Harvard University, all of your guests will be able compete against each other in an completely unique rowing regatta.
