Even in the plane, you’ll get an exciting preview of what awaits you: beneath you, you see Cape Town stretching out between the foot of Table Mountain and the foaming waves of the Atlantic Ocean. Upon your arrival, you and your clients immediately set a course for the Sanbona Wildlife Reserve in The Little Karoo, the biggest private animal reserve in the country. An experienced guide will take the wheel of your 4×4 and follow the tracks of the Big Five. Adrenaline guaranteed!
You may come across elephants and buffalo, and perhaps the last living white lions will reveal themselves to you during your morning drive the following day.
The best place to spot the largest mammal on our planet is in Hermanus, an old harbour town where you and your guests take up residence in the modern Quarters Hotel. After lunch on the cliffs of Harbour Rock with stupendous panoramic views, you can take a boat – and with a little luck – you may be able to get to within 50 metres of a Southern right whale or a humpback whale. You will sway in a cable car to the top of Table Mountain on the following day, where an endless panorama awaits you, where you can indulge in a glass of bubbly to mark this breathtaking moment.
And finally, you treat your clients to some of the finest wines produced at the award-winning Waterford Wine Estate in Stellenbosch, where the grapes mature between the lemon trees and the lavender fields of the Blaauwklippen Valley.
