The Senegalese Riviera is a heavenly part of Africa that will surprise, amaze and inspire you. Nowhere else on the African continent can you indulge yourself in such a luxurious combination of beaches and rich animal life and the joyful local colour.
After a gentle landing, you travel with your guests to the lively city of Dakar and the Lamantin Beach Spa Hotel in the sophisticated beach resort of Saly. After an exotic dinner, you fall asleep in one of the traditional huts, lulled by the sound of the nearby Atlantic Ocean.
The following day, after a hearty breakfast, you head off with your guests to Lake Retba, a magical salt lake that shimmers with a beautiful pink colour. While you discover the banks of the lake along the deserted beach by jeep, you can watch the water turn from baby pink to violet. After this photogenic safari, a multitude of exciting activities await you, including racing over the sand dunes on a quad, swaying on the back of an Arabian camel or have a tug of war with some colourfully bedecked local heroes. In the evening, a private dinner with lobster and scampi complete this unforgettable day.
The following morning, your programme is filled with the wonders of nature: you sail in a pirogue, a traditional wooden boat, between the mangroves of the Sine Saloum River delta, where oysters grow in abundance. But first, you ride at daybreak to the local market to choose a chicken or a goat for the fishing village that you will visit along your way.
We have saved the grand finale of this authentic African adventure for the evening. Accompanied by flaming torches, you trek to the beat of djembé drums into the bush, where a delicious barbecue awaits you and your guests around the campfire.
