Megève near the Mont Blanc, once the favourite winter destination of the Rothschilds, is perhaps the most beautiful ski resort in the world. It is also the ideal operating base to reward your employees with a range of winter merriment.
After a short flight and a comfortable coach ride you will arrive at the charming hotel Le Fer à Cheval. You will be warmly welcomed with a delicious five-course meal near the restaurant’s flickering fire. Despite enjoying your romantic bedroom, breakfast is served early the next morning before a varied snow-filled programme. You can treat your group to ski lessons by a professional monitor, an exciting descent from the station Grands Montets, which always has snow, or an adventurous walk in snowshoes followed by a dashing sleigh ride. When the sun disappears behind the rugged mountain ridges, you can organise a workshop for your team followed by a superb dinner. More snow pleasure is planned on the third day: in addition to skiing and a walk through the snow, you can visit Chamonix or take a trip to the Mer de Glace, the longest glacier in France. Before dinner you can work up an appetite with a game of curling, an Olympic sport in which you slide granite stones over ice. We reserve the most spectacular activity for last: a helicopter ride along the snow-covered sides of the Mont Blanc massif.
