With its lively capital, warm-hearted inhabitants and rolling green hills, Ireland is the ideal destination for a teambuilding weekend with an atmosphere and charm that your employees will remember for years.
After arrival in Dublin you immediately depart for a walk along the cliffs to the fishing village of Howth. While you enjoy views of the bay, the sound of a bagpipe will put you in the right mood. During the fish lunch in the panoramic Aqua Restaurant you will be surrounded by waves. After settling into the historic, five-star Westin hotel you will be regaled with a dinner in the Greyhound Stadium, where you can place a small bet on the greyhound race. The next day you and your guests will go on a treasure hunt in the capital and taste the honest cuisine in a real Irish pub. In the afternoon you will visit the Guinness brewery; Guinness is the world-famous Irish dark liquid that is both food and drink. In the evening you can treat your employees to a dinner with live music and dancing in the hills around Dublin. Or would you prefer dinner and some whisky tasting in the Old Jameson distillery? Day three starts with an exploration of the peaceful monastery and lakes of Glendalough, then you head to the Wicklow Mountains for a tasty barbecue and traditional Irish Games. Your employees will surely talk about the straw bale pushing, horseshoe pitching and boot throwing for weeks afterwards. The programme on the last morning guarantees lots of pleasure: you will be a real musical band with Irish and Brazilian instruments. You will experience Irish hospitality one more time in the cosy Pigs Ear Restaurant then stop in one of the best sports stadiums in the world before travelling to the airport.
