This insurance policy is valid until 31 December 2011 and will then be extended via the same or another officially accredited insurance company.
We have taken out professional liability insurance with AXA Corporate Solutions Limited. This insurance policy is valid until 30.09.11 and will then be extended via the same or another officially accredited insurance company.

If you run into any force majeure situations during your holiday (strikes, wars or threats of war, natural phenomena such as volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, tsunamis or other atmospheric phenomena), we guarantee we will always be there to support you.

So for example, when the Icelandic volcano at Eyjafjallajökull erupted in April 2010, we covered the costs for the hotel stays and meals of the majority of our customers who were forced to prolong their stays, in addition to arranging alternative transportation. If no alternative transport was available, the unused flight ticket was refunded.
Should a case of force majeure arise prior to your departure preventing you from reaching your destination, we will be there to help you find the best solution.
